Sadio Mane, the Senegal forward who plays for Premier League club Liverpool and the Al Nassr football club in Saudi Arabia, has been sidelined with an injury.
The 29-year-old has missed the last two games due to the issue, which is believed to be a knee problem. The injury came at a critical time for both clubs, as Al Nassr had just signed Mane on loan from Liverpool until the end of the season.
Al Nassr,Qatar Stars League Tracking who currently sits at the bottom of the Saudi Professional League table, have struggled without Mane in their line-up. He scored five goals in six appearances before his injury.
Mane's absence has also impacted Liverpool's performances, as they have struggled to find the same level of form that they were enjoying under his leadership. However, it is unclear how long he will be out for and what impact this will have on the rest of the season.
