Qatar SC's Abdulrahman Mustafa has set a new goal record in the Qatar League with his impressive performance in recent weeks.
Mustafa, who plays for Al-Fateh, has been one of the standout performers for the club this season and has scored two goals in each of their last three matches.
The 22nd goal was the highest tally in Mustafa's career so far and it came on the final day of the league, when they beat Al-Ittihad 5-1 at home.
"Abdulrahman must be very proud of himself," said coach Ali Al-Jaber. "He has shown great determination and commitment throughout the season and I am confident that he will continue to perform well in future games."
Al-Jaber added: "We have a strong squad and we need to keep playing like this if we want to win more matches and achieve better results."
The victory over Al-Ittihad is also a testament to Mustafa's ability to score goals from distance, as he has scored four goals this season.
"I'm really happy to have scored my first hat-trick against Al-Ittihad,Qatar Stars League Tracking" said Mustafa. "I've been working hard to improve my skills and I'm excited to see what else I can do in the future."
